bryla Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of bryla, an artist paint-matching application. By using bryla, you agree to these terms.

bryla service

bryla helps artists sample colors, find similar acrylic and oil paints, compare paint information, and save colors, paints, and palettes. Paint matches, color values, availability, pricing, technical attributes, and retailer information may change over time and should be treated as practical reference information rather than a guarantee of an exact physical result.

Paid access and Apple subscriptions

bryla requires paid access for regular users. On iOS, subscriptions are processed through Apple as auto-renewable subscriptions.

• bryla Monthly: one-month subscription period.
• bryla Yearly: one-year subscription period.
• The full price shown by Apple at the time of purchase is the amount billed for that subscription period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings before renewal.
• Apple manages billing, payment method, cancellation, refunds, and subscription administration under Apple's applicable terms.

You can restore eligible purchases inside bryla and manage an Apple subscription at Apple Subscriptions.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may delete your bryla account from Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion is separate from cancellation of an Apple subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse bryla, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected service components except where permitted by law, use the service to violate another person's rights, or use bryla in a way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

bryla's software, branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Paint brand names, trademarks, and product information belong to their respective owners. Reference to a brand or product does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Availability and changes

bryla may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, bryla is provided “as is” and “as available.” Color matching is affected by lighting, camera characteristics, display calibration, paint formulation, surface, medium, and other factors. You should verify critical color decisions with physical paint samples when needed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bryla and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Apple terms

For the iOS app, Apple's applicable App Store terms and license provisions also apply. Apple's standard licensed-application end user license agreement is available at Apple's Standard EULA.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as bryla changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
